How we work
A week to set up. Then it just runs.
One person does the set-up, the same person answers when something’s off. No account manager, no ticket queue.
- Day 1
Fifteen minutes with Aryo
What you do, how calls come in, what Emma should ask and never say.
- Days 2–3
Emma learns your business
Your services, areas, hours, prices you are happy to quote, the diary she books into.
- Day 4
You ring her
You call as a customer, as a tricky customer, as a cold caller. We fix what is wrong.
- Day 5
Your number goes live
Divert when busy, or always. ALF OS on your phone the same day.
Then
Then, every Monday at eight
An email with the week in numbers and a fifteen-second clip in your colours. If something needs a decision, it’s in the first line. If nothing does, it says so.
Your week with Emma
If something needs a decision, it is in the first line. If nothing does, it says so.
About
Built in Wandsworth by one person who answers the phone himself.
ALF Digital is Aryo Farzad. The first client was a family dental practice, and the product is what that practice needed. No investors, no sales team, no outsourcing.
You will not find client counts, ROI figures or testimonials here. What you will find is a number you can ring yourself, published prices, and the person who built it on the other end of the email.
Contact
Ring Emma. Email Aryo. Reply within a working day.
A sentence about what’s falling through is more useful than a form full of requirements. Or email [email protected], or ring Emma on +44 118 230 6013.
Questions
Before you commit.
How long before it is answering calls?
That is set when the brief is agreed, not before. The build is quick once we know your services, hours, coverage area and the questions your callers actually ask — the part that takes time is getting those right. Nothing is forwarded until you have rung the line yourself and heard what a customer will hear, so the date it goes live is one you choose.
How much of my time does this take?
One proper conversation to build the brief, and one call to the finished line to check it. We write the call flow, load the information and configure how enquiries are captured; you tell us what is true about your business and then test it. If we need more than that, the scope was wrong.
What if it answers something the wrong way?
You tell us and we change it — that is what the monthly fee is for. The call flow is not a fixed product you buy once; it is a brief we maintain. Every call is recorded against the job it created, so a wrong answer can be found and traced rather than argued about.
Whose phone number is it, and what happens if we stop?
Yours, throughout. ALF answers through conditional call forwarding on your existing number, which means your number never moves and we never hold it. If you stop, you turn the forwarding off and your phone rings the way it did before. The customer and job records built while it ran are yours to take.
What happens when my services or hours change?
You tell us and the brief is updated. Managed means the call flow is kept current, not that it is set once and left. A new service, a changed coverage area or different out-of-hours cover is a change to the brief, not a rebuild.
